The office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) will challenge a suit seeking compensation for victims of Nigerian Airforce bombing at Rann IDPs camp on January 17. Tijani Gazalli, a senior state counsel, asked a Federal High Court in Abuja for time to bring a preliminary objection challenging the jurisdiction of the court to hear the fundamental rights enforcement suit.
